Problem Statement: Degraded Land

• The annual economic loss due to Internet)

•The government needs to speed up reclamation as the cost of land degradation will outstrip the cost of reclamation in 2030, according to the study done by The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI), a Delhi-based think-tank

Problem Statement – Carbon Emissions

  • As per the International Energy Agency , India was the third largest polluter nation with nearly 2.3 Giga tonnes of Carbon emissions in 2021 and the figures are on the rise.
  • Majorly Power , Cement , steel & Chemicals industries are the main contributors.

   Solutions – Bamboo Plantations

  • Bamboo as Energy Plantation on degraded wasteland in partnership with Industry.
  • Bamboo is wonder plant with its extensive root system helps bind soils and the plant’s ability to thrive on problem soils and steep slopes.
  • Bamboo – a perfect nature-based solution to reduce the soil erosion and restore degraded lands.
  • Simultaneously, harvested bamboo is the comparable source of fossil energy for the industry, to achieve targeted carbon emissions.

   Solutions

  • Bamboo is a versatile plant that can provide livelihood opportunities to a large number of rural communities.
  • Same bamboo plantation can full fill needs of other industry simultaneously like Handicrafts/Furniture/Construction/Incense sticks.

Reclaiming Wastelands & Combating

Degradation

  • M/s Sansuae Farm2Fuel Solutions Pvt Ltd (SFSPL) is addressing India’s land degradation crisis by repurposing wastelands for biomass cultivation and restoring soil health. Using AI, Remote Sensing, and Data Analytics, SFSPL identifies degraded land, enabling sustainable biomass harvesting while preventing further deterioration. This aligns with India’s COP 14 commitment to restore 26 million hectares by 2030.
  • M/s Saansera Farm2Fuel Solutions Pvt Ltd, a pioneer in Energy Farming and sustainable biomass solutions, is at the forefront of this transformation. With a deep-rooted commitment to renewable energy, we provide professional consultations and turnkey project solutions for energy crop plantations, including Beema Bamboo, Jatropha, and Napier grass.

Our Expertise in Energy Farming

M/s Saansera Farm2Fuel Solutions Pvt Ltd is executing large-scale energy farming projects in India and abroad. Our capabilities include:

  • Turnkey Energy Plantation Development: Comprehensive project execution from land preparation to plantation management, ensuring optimal yields.

Bamboo – Insight

  • Bamboo comes in the category of grass and is known for its incredible growth rate, making it one of the fastest-growing plants on Earth. Some bamboo species can grow up to three feet in a single day, reaching maturity within just a few years.
  • Its rapid growth and ability to regenerate after harvesting makes it an exceptionally sustainable resource. In India bamboo has been removed from the category of trees in an amendment to IFA 1927.
  • Utilizing bamboo as a source of fuel offers significant environmental advantages over traditional fossil fuels. Unlike fossil fuels, bamboo is a carbon-neutral resource.
  • One Bamboo is able to produce close to 320 Kgs of Oxygen and cleans 450 kgs co2 every year. Where humans required 280 to  300 kg O2 Kg per year.

Bamboo For Achieving SDGs

   Bamboo for Energy

M/s Saansera Farm2Fuel Solutions Pvt Ltd

(Promoting Beema Bamboo Species)

  • Pioneering the Future of Bio-Energy with Beema Bamboo
  • In the evolving landscape of renewable energy and sustainable agriculture, Beema Bamboo stands out as a game-changer. As a high-yielding, fastgrowing, and eco-friendly biomass resource, it has the potential to revolutionize bio-energy projects worldwide.

A Sustainable Future with Beema Bamboo

The integration of Beema Bamboo into energy farming not only addresses the growing demand for biomass-based energy but also promotes rural entrepreneurship and environmental conservation. With our dedicated efforts, M/s Saansera Farm2Fuel Solutions Pvt Ltdis committed to making Beema Bamboo a cornerstone of the bioenergy revolution.

Why Beema Bamboo ?

  • “Beema” is a specially bred , which has a potential to         • grow very fast and yields very high biomass due to its  wall thickness .

•

  • Beema Bamboo is a superior clone, selected from

Bambusa balcooa, a higher biomass yielding bamboospecies. This bamboo clone has been developed by the conventional breeding method.

Bambusa balcooa is a very large, thick-walled, clumping bamboo, growing up to a height of 25 meters, and has a thickness of 150 millimeters.

It is said to be the best ‘carbon sink’ to mitigate carbon dioxide emissions

1 HA of Young forest sequesters  – 30 to 40 Tons of Co2/year where as New Beema Bamboo can sequester 200 Tons of co2/year/HA

Advantages of Beema Bamboo

  • High GCV – 3600 to 4000 Kcal/Kg
  • Low Ash  Content – 0.4 to 1 %
  • High Volatile Matter – 70 to 80 %
  • Low Sulphur – 0.05 to  0.1%
  • Bulk Density – 0.4 to 0.8 ton/m3
  • AFT – 1100 to 1300 °c
  • Continues Harvest every year
  • Plant once in 100 Years
  • Productivity – 40-60 tons / Acre

   Applications in Renewable Energy

Beema Bamboo is an essential feedstock for various bio-energy applications:

  • Green Electricity Production: A 1 MW biomass power plant requires 200 acres of Beema Bamboo plantation, ensuring a sustainable fuel supply.
  • Bio-Ethanol & Bio-CNG: A rich source of cellulosic ethanol and compressed biogas (Bio-CNG), offering a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.
  • Coal Substitution in Industries: Low ash content and high calorific value make it ideal for co-firing in cement and steel industries, reducing dependency on coal.

   Public Benefits

   Government Benefits

  • Revenue through by lease or Royalty – 5-10+ Cr each year from 4th year onwards.
  • Carbon Sequestration –  500000 MT of CO2 annually from 4th year onwards. Value – 25+ Cr
  • Saving to Government by Private partnership – 450+ Cr
  • 100% survival guarantee without investment

Lease Rates and Carbon credits sharing mechanism can be negotiated
